EVOCELL&MOBIUS Srl, as Data Controller, provides the following information on the processing of personal data of customers, suppliers, self-employed professionals, consultants and their respective contact persons or collaborators, in the context of pre-contractual, contractual, commercial and professional relationships.

2. Categories and sources of data
Identification, personal, professional and contact data, company, administrative, accounting and tax data, bank details and other information necessary for managing the relationship may be processed.
Data may be collected directly from the data subject or, in the case of contact persons, employees or collaborators of customers, suppliers or other legal entities, from the organisation to which they belong or from other parties authorised to disclose such data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Management of enquiries, quotations, negotiations and pre-contractual activities, as well as the management and execution of orders, contracts, supplies, services and professional assignments – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where applicable.
- Administrative, accounting, tax and payment obligations, and other obligations required by law – Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Management of relationships and communications with contact persons, employees and collaborators of customers, suppliers and partners, as well as the protection of the rights and interests of the Data Controller – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, where applicable.
4. Commercial communications and marketing
Where permitted by law, EVOCELL&MOBIUS may send its customers commercial communications by e-mail relating to products or services similar to those already purchased, without prejudice to the data subject's right to object at any time.
For newsletters or further promotional communications for which consent is required, such consent is collected separately through the specific channels used by the company. Consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time without consequences for the contractual or professional relationship.
5.Recipients of data
Data may be processed by authorised personnel and, within the limits of the stated purposes, disclosed to consultants and professionals, banking institutions, IT and software service providers, transport and logistics companies, technical partners, public bodies, authorities or other parties involved in managing the relationship or fulfilling legal obligations.
Parties processing personal data on behalf of the Data Controller are, where applicable, appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. Data are not publicly disclosed, except in cases provided for by law.
6. Transfers to third countries
Any transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area, including through IT or cloud services, are carried out in compliance with the conditions and safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
7. Data retention
Data are retained for the period necessary to manage the relationship and for any additional periods required by administrative, accounting, tax and contractual obligations and other applicable provisions. The operational retention criteria and periods adopted by EVOCELL&MOBIUS are defined in the PC01 Operational Retention Plan.
For marketing processing activities, data and the related evidence are retained according to the criteria applicable to the specific activity and the choices of the data subject.
8. Nature of data provision
The provision of data necessary for managing the pre-contractual, contractual, commercial or professional relationship and for fulfilling legal obligations is required; failure to provide such data may make it impossible to establish, perform or continue the relationship. The provision of data for optional marketing purposes is voluntary.
9. Methods of processing
Processing is carried out using paper-based, electronic and digital tools, adopting appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.
